Anybody happens to know the average GPA for accepted residents? Also anybody with a GPA lower than 3.0 got accepted? Thanks!
 
I don't think a stat like this exists. Residency programs look for a lot more than GPA....it is kind of a whole package deal.
 
From my discussions with the residents, the GPA, LORs, etc get you the interview, and the interview is what gets you the residency position.
