Average GPA & MCAT for DO Schools

Hi,

I have been looking mostly into MD schools, so I don't know much about the application process for DO schools. What is the average GPA and MCAT scores for DO applicants? I am considering applying to DO schools, and I just wanted some more info.

Here are the stats for the class ahead of me at OSU:

Class of 2005 Matriculant Profile
MCAT Average: 8.9
Average Overall GPA: 3.5
Average Science GPA: 3.42

They've not posted the info for my class, but they've said that our #s were higher.

OSU's absolute minimums are:
Overall grade point average of 3.0 (on 4.0 scale).
Minimum average score of 7.0 on the MCAT.
Pre-professional science GPA of at least 2.75 (on 4.0 scale).

I used info from the AACOM website during my application process - it was a great resource and had useful links. Here's some info from their website -

Profiles (with links) for all of the DO schools

AACOMAS applicant Pool GPA's and MCAT scores (a bit old but gives you an overall picture)
