Hi everyone,
As someone with an interest in psychiatry, I find myself browsing this forum a good bit. After reading several posts about psychiatry interviews and match statistics, I'm just curious to know about how many interviews a program conducts per position available. I read somewhere that a particular program had interviewed 5 applicants for each position this cycle - is that about average or does this number vary a lot? It seemed low to me, but I can't seem to find a better estimate anywhere.
Thanks for any replies!
