Average RVU

Could anyone help direct me where to look or give an idea about how many RVU's I could expect during a years time. Would be starting with a hospital with good referral base doing mostly bread and butter procedures, some stim trials but no permanent placements. Thank you for any help.

Also does RVU payment depend on payment of payment such as insurance vs Medicare? Or is that dependent on what is negotiated in the contract. Thank you
