well, the San Francisco match (uro, derm, ortho, ENT) publishes average USMLE scores for match and unmatched applicants. I've not heard of NRMP doing the same, however.
My school had a range of scores for each specialty based on the students who matched over the last five or so years. Check with the office of Student affairs.

You're absolutely right that SFmatch publishes and NRMP doesn't, howeer the programs you listed are not the correct SFmatch programs. they are ENT, optho, neuro, neurosurg; and the AUA now does the uro match (and not very well at that it seems 😱 ). Everything else is NRMP (derm and ortho included)
and aside from schools collecting data on their own students, there really is no real way to figure this out (and the school data will probably be school specific too)
