Average weekly hourse?

So for one of my secondaries its making me re-fill out activities. The only options you have for customizing each is start date, end date and then hours/week. Im not sure how to fill out hours/week because some of my activities werent on a weekly basis. How should I go about filling it out?

Few options:
1. Bring up your AMCAS activity section and divide the total hours by how long you did the activity (probably best if it was irregular)
2. If it was something you did say every other week or once a month, fill out how many hours you did in the average week that it occurred then, it there is an area to make a description, say that it was bi-weekly or whatever it was
