Avoid BRS Physiology FIFTH Edition

There is some ridiculous errors I've found just by reading 10 pages of Respiratory physiology that, when I checked 4th edition, were not there. For example pg. 124 it says fetal hemoglobin is alpha2beta2 in 4th edition it correctly states its alpha2 gamma2.

Don't know why, but maybe the conversion to color messed everything up.

I generally wouldn't recommend BRS Physiology anyway. People had raved about it when I was prepping for Step 1, but I found it overly detailed. Practice questions were enough IMHO.

Every book has errors, but it is strange that a book would have such obvious errors especially in stuff that they got right in a previous edition.

Obvious errors are better. Should be praising BRS Physio (semi srs).
