Hello,
I have been going through physiology and I ran across this question in the work book.
In the presence of vasopressin, the greatest fraction of filtered water is reabsorbed in which part of the nephron?
This hormone acts on the CD and the DCT, so this is where it should cause the absorption, right?
But the book says otherwise. It says maximum water absorption takes place from PCT?
Please explain.
