Africa and Middle East away rotation in Egypt

Hi. I am very interested in doing an away rotation in Egypt and getting credit at my school in America. We do this during our senior year (next year for me), but I don't know if the medical schools in Egypt would allow me to visit and work in the hospital for 2-4 weeks.

Anyone know?
