Hi everybody,
I am an IMG who wants to do an elective in dermatology in the USA.I reviewed many programs's websites and found that most of them want the IMGs to do and externship,elective,subinternship(as hands-on clinical experience in the USA) as a requirement of residency application.could you please help me to find out how is possible for an IMG(no visa issues)to do an elective in dermatology or even other specialties in the USA?
