away rotations in anesthesia

Has anyone done aways in anesthesia? Advice? I'm just recently coming to the conclusion (between urology vs anesthesia) that I think I want to do anesthesia. I am geographically restricted as to where I want to match, so it's important that if I do these rotations I make a good impression.
