Is it possible to complete core rotations outside of your school's partnerships? If no, how hard is it for the school to develop a partnership with an out-of-state partner? My school has two partnerships that are out of state, so I know its not impossible, but I wanted to know if it is worth fighting to develop a new partnership with a state that is one state away from my school. What does the process look like for medical schools?
My school allows elective rotations to be anywhere in the country so how is that different from finding core rotations elsewhere?
