Hello all,
I am a Canadian dentist (DMD) graduated from a Canadian dental school (ADA accredited). I have practiced dentistry for 10yrs. I also have completed the NDBE parts 1 & 2.
I am trying to get licensure by credential in the state of AZ. Is this possible without having to take a clinical examination like the wreb? Do I qualify for licensure by credential?
