Complete email?? I never got any emails that I was complete- there is a pre-accepted section, go to suppl. application part and you can check everything you need there. If you are complete it will say so. I never even got an email saying I was given an interview- I found it one day by checking under interview scheduling. Good luck

I got an email saying that my secondary was received but nothing saying that I was complete at the school. I did however receive emails inviting me for interviews from both AZCOM and CCOM when they were ready. Maybe you didn't have your email set up to have it forwarded there. Who knows.

I got emails when I scheduled...it was confirming and had a few attachments. But like you said..who knows.

I checked to see if I could schedule my interview a couple of times today and just got one. The choices were Nov. 6 or Jan. 28 and beyond. I took the November one even though it's going to be expensive and may be an issue at my work.

Does anyone know which of the hotels listed have the best rates? I don't really feel like calling each one to ask what the MWU rate is...

Ahhhh, I see- I did not get an interview yet at CCOM. But it seems schools that have more than one campus don't do things the same way. For example, I got interviews at both LECOM campuses. The florida one called with the invite before my status changed on their web portal. The Erie one had my status change for about a week before emailing me with a date. I believe their policies on completion emails were different as well. Guess it keeps us on our toes!😀 Congrats on the invite!!

I just assumed AZCOM would send me a complete email because CCOM did.

Just to be clear: AZCOM and CCOM are pretty much separate in admissions. I wouldn't base one school acting on the other at all.

Also, I personally didn't get any completion email. The only email I ever received was for the interview invite. Nothing after that, even after I called to find out about the acceptance.

i stayed at comfort inn. it was nice, it was about 45 dollars a night for me.

I got a PM about preinterview holds. Here is my response:

I would start calling them. Remember that they review applications usually on Thursdays, so on Monday or Tuesday would be best. I would call them and ask them if they received everything and that you are querying about your position with them.

Don't be afraid to call once a week. They get busy this time of year and it is normal to receive calls, especially for those in your situation. If you are curious what you can specifically do to improve your situation, consider calling the AZCOM administration directly, rather than admissions (they are two separate offices).

I tried looking for the AZCOM office phone number but I can't find it for the life of me. If anyone can post it, that would probably help. As for admissions, here is the number in case anyone needs it:

any idea how far away the airport is from the campus? i have to be back in boston monday night for work and was wondering what time to schedule my return flight...

Hey there, it is probably about 30-45 mins away from the airport. The info says that you get done at 2:45, but my interview day we were done just a few minutes before 1:30. Hope that helps. I went to their white coat ceremony a few weeks ago since I happened to be in the Phoenix area and my friend is a student there. I really liked the campus and the students I met seemed nice and happy. My friend loves it there. Unfortunately, I had to defer my interview since it was within a few weeks of another interview I had and I couldnt take the time off of school so soon. 🙁 Hopefully January isnt too late as it was the next earliest that they had upon rescheduling.

I also compiled a list of possible questions to prepare for from the SDN interview feedback page. I'll spend this weekend going over those. I also checked out apartments while I was in the area. Turns out, for the price you have to pay where I live for a not-so-good apartment, you can practically live at a resort near the school. Pretty awesome

I actually live SE of Phoenix. So I am here already and driving up that morning (thank goodness for the holiday and the reduction in traffic!). If I had more time, I would offer to show you around, but my kids both have stuff the night before. Best of luck!

I had my interview invite within about a week and that was in September. However, the interview dates are extending out farther and farther down the calendar. A couple of weeks ago they were into February already.

I believe they told us to start looking on the 29th, and that the committee meets on Thursdays. Of course, being the stress ball that I am, I started looking the night of the interview (you never know). Its actually kindof funny, I started looking this morning before realizing it would be 5:30 AM AZ time.

i interviewed on 26th. only 3 days ago, so i'm hoping that maybe they haven't reviewed my app yet.. otherwise, it looks like either waitlist or rejection for me. ahh, there were a couple of interview questions i didn't handle very well... 🙁

Accepted! - I called the admissions office today as well. I interviewed on Friday the 23rd and she said the committee would be reviewing applications of those who had interviewed up until the 26th. She did mention that I shouldn't expect my status to be updated until tomorrow. Hope that helps, hang in there!
