Baby Miller 6th vs 7th Editions

MS3 here. Doing my first elective in anesthesia and really enjoying it so far. As I'm thinking about away rotations and learning more about anesthesia in general, does anyone have insights as to whether the 7th edition of Baby Miller is worth getting? Or if the 6th is enough? Thanks.

I do have access to the 6th edition! I just prefer hard copies so I was considering buying it. Guess I shouldn’t?

There is no debate on this. M&M is vastly superior. The 10% of people that may argue for Baby Miller are, well, wrong.

If I decide to grab it, is the 4th ed (2006) fine? Or should I go with the newer 5th ed (2013)?

New ed mm is better. Easier to read. Different editors than previous edition.
