In terms of what? I think one of the schools that you are waitlisted/accepted/interviewed at wants to know about your criminal background (hopefully, lack thereof). Unless you have something on your record that you didn't disclose on your application, you should be in the clear!

From the schools on the list I interviewed art FIU (withdrew), Toledo (scheduled in April) and Pennstate, Vermont (was placed on an out of area waitlist. I hope you are right!!

i received the CBC email on friday..then on monday, i got the big acceptance packet from penn state thru snail mail....so u'll probably get the package on thurs/friday.

sry i originally thought this thread was about fishy email's with today being april fools and all... im pretty sure its a trap...should i just throw it in trash? mark it off as spam? or just ignore it?

yeah..i freaked out when i received the CBC email..u wont get the certiphi screening, inc email until like 2 weeks later after the initial email...but once u get notified that the AAMC wants ur background check...u'll get an acceptance package in the mail from Penn State Medical School about 3-5 days later, not email.

I got accepted to TCMC. I also had more than 10 interviews with 3 or 4 waitlists, but I kind of wanted to be in PA, close to my family, hence Penn State was kind of my top choice. I recently interviewed at Drexel, but I think I would take PennState over Drexel.

Did you guys get the E-mail body that I posted? Or the "Conditional Acceptance" one? I think Certiphi has multiple options/E-mails for schools to choose.

Bah! Its been 2 days since the CBC E-mail. I got my mail today, but nothing from PennState 🙁! I want to go into coma/hibernation until Monday.
