Hi! I recently got my first A and was emailed about the Certiphi background check that AAMC uses. I was trying to give consent, but kept running into the error "Your access information is currently not on file with ApplicationStation" after inputting my name, DOB, AAMC ID, zip code, etc. Has anyone ran into a similar issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?

I would call the help number they gave, but I'm unfortunately living abroad for the next 6 months and can only make domestic calls with my phone plan. The online help chat was disabled, and I also couldn't find an email to reach out to. Thanks so much in advance for any advice!

When did you get an offer? Have your paid a commitment deposit? Has the school confirmed?

I think you are too early. Wait until you are prompted by your school.

One of the pieces of information you are providing must differ from what the school provided. Double check the address and zip code you put in your primary, that could be the problem.
