I got charged $64 :/

Wait.... so another fee? If I'm going to shell out hundreds of thousands of $$$ they can't at least pay to verify I'm not a criminal mastermind? This is for the benefit of the school. Ugh
Same with U of MN! It will be sent late spring according to the acceptance letter.

The email showed that only like 30-some of the schools participate in the ADEA background check so your school just might not be one of them.
Oh damn. You're right. my school isn't even on this list.

Well, I feel really stupid now. I just did it without checking if my school is on the list. Which it isn't.

You won't know exactly how much you pay until you get your email confirmation after submission of the background check. It'll automatically allow a maximum $150 charge on your credit card, but found in the email confirmation saying that my fee was only $39.65 (TX Resident)

They charged me 150$..I am an international student and only been here for 3.5 years so far...

It's possible your school doesn't use this company. I haven't made my deposit yet and I still got the email.

Did you get the email though? Unless it was another school (seems as if you've already picked Baylor) you were accepted to that IS on the list that sent the request? If none of the schools are on there you might want to check with Baylor's admissions office just in case.
$66 here. Like there hasn't been enough fees throughout this process already...
Probably 3 minutes after I made that post lol! It refunded the difference between $150 & $47.25 (didn't change the original charge to $47.25).

Really mad my parents moved us to NY for a year and a half.

Did we have to designate any schools or will the background check be available to all schools?
Nah i was accepted to 4 schools. The only school on that list that I got an acceptance from was Meharry. that's probably why I got the email.
