Bad to have myself listed as a contact for multiple work/activities entries?

I currently have myself listed as the point of contact for 5 of 15 entries. I read in the applicant guide that this was acceptable, but I'm wondering if adcoms will look down on having myself listed so frequently. I don't want it to look like I'm making up any of my experiences. Some of these experiences happened so long ago that it would be impossible to track someone down, some (awards, conferences attended) just don't have a point of contact in the first place. What should I do...?

Depends on what you list yourself for, but for what you're describing, it's totally fine. For awards and conferences, you can consider listing the society that gave the award, an adviser or mentor if possible. But honestly, no one will verify these things. And worst case scenario, if asked, you can probably produce an email showing that you did indeed register for these events.

I listed myself for awards, sports, etc. I listed myself about 5x as well and had no issues and multiple acceptances. Don't worry about it.
