barely over 200 score, screwed? w/anesth, ER, PMR

Absolutely NOT. You're in fair-to-good shape. You can improve on other areas of your application (Step II early, grades third year, LORs, AOA, etc.), which will help, but you are not excluded from any of the 3 specialties.

Some individual programs, yes, but this will not exclude you from matching.
 
there's gotta be lower tier programs for this.

anesthesia should be easy.

hopefully some of the more negative people in this forum won't see this....they might make you wanna shoot yourself for not getting a 250+ 😀

I know a few people that have failed 3 times!!! And that's it, they are done, unless they want to try to go to another med. school. Can you imagine, all the debt, having a family to support etc. but your "plan" of paying for that is taken away?? Be greatful that you passed and like others have said work on other areas of your application. There are plenty of people that match at decent places with low Step scores. Hang in there! I also know people that passed on their 2nd or 3rd try and now have to figure out how to "sell" that on their application. In life there are always going to be people that have it better but I find that more people in the world have it worse. You will find some area of medicine that you like and you will be a Doctor.
