So everyone has spoken pretty loudly that Barrons book is pretty bad except for the PAT. My question is is it horrible because the practice tests are often wrong and it doesn't cover enough material OR will reading it actually throw me off?
Some of the general chemistry has helped me in addition to the Kaplan book. The biology seemed straight forward and if nothing else was a supplimental read. Havent gotten to the organic chemistry
I find this funny because this was the only book I used when I first took the test between my junior and senior year and I did well enough to where I thought I didn't have to take the DAT again. I'm now retaking it 3 years later cause I'm ready to apply now and I want to get in for certain. Either my classes helped me score well the first time or I didn't catch the mistakes in Barrons the first time.
Anyone able to tell me what specificly to stay away from if I continue to read this? More than just throw it in the trash please
