i wanted to make a suggestion for anyone who has been struggling w/ gen chem, as i have been for the last couple months.
When i began studying, my weakest subject for the test was def. gen chem (esp. the calculations!). i went through kaplan (lacks explination at points), then fumbled around w/ a couple text books (a little too dense for my skill level at the time). when i went on to destroyer and achiever problems, i was still having significant trouble. anyway, i recently picked up barron's ap chemistry, and went through the book in about a week. i feel 100% better! since then, ive been rolling through the achiever and destoyer problems w/ very few problems.
i feel like genchem is often alluded to, here, as one of the test's easier sections; but for those of you that are struggling like i was, give barrons a look.
now, on to pat review!🙂
