Can anyone please tell me how Barron's practice test compare to the real DAT ?

To be honest do not rely on Barron's book. It cannot be main preparation material. It is good only for PAT section. It does not reflect real DAT in any means. Try to use topscore or kaplan (mainly) instead.

Barron's is full of mistakes. I tried studying out of it and ended up correcting many of their mistakes along the way. The ochem section is horrid and the bio section is severely lacking in relevant material. Also, the practice exams are poor, in my opinion. Using the PAT section is okay if you can get a copy from a friend or something. Otherwise I wouldn't waste my money. I haven't used Crack the DAT PAT but I'm sure its just as good.

AP Bio Barrons is good. It is like Cliffs, but a little different.
