Hi,
is there anyone who can recommend good books in the basic preclinical sciences that contains loads of essay questions and answers (perhaps have them ranked from easy to difficult?)
Example: If you were designing a microtubule-based motor protein that had to work alone or in cooperation with a small number of identical motor proteins associated with cargo ( e.g. small vesicle or RNa particle) what kind of enzyme mechanism would you use? The point is to explain how a small number of motors can move a particle at a steady rate over long distances without falling off the microtubule. Explain why your mechanism is more appropriate for a vesicle motor than for muscle contraction.
