Posting this for my friend, who hasn't gotten his activation to post yet. He just found out that he's 4th on the waitlist at BCD, and was wondering if anyone knew what the chances were to get in off the waitlist at BCD.
When he talked to the admissions office staff, the woman he spoke to said they usually accept the top 8 students on the waitlist, but that they've not received nearly as many declines as they usually do this year - only one in fact so far (he was 5 apparently). Is anyone out there holding an acceptance to Baylor and another school, and planning on going to the other school? No pressure - he just wants to figure out what his chances are and if anyone has any tips for getting in.
