I've seen notes that "as a general rule, to determine how to categorize a course, you should consider what 60% or more of the course is based in."

I'm a computer science major, and some of my computer science courses, like Discrete Mathematics and Fundamentals of Computing Theory, have been purely 100% 'math' courses. Can I then qualify these towards my bcpm GPA?

They certainly sound like BCPM courses. There is nothing wrong with trying so categorize them how you want just be prepared to put up an argument if the AAMC doesn’t agree with you.

Agree with above. Definitely seem like they should fit BCPM. Worst Case AMCAS will change them and you will have to appeal their decision.
