I'm taking upper division health physics courses next semester, and I was wondering if they would count towards my BCPM gpa? I'm asking because the courses don't have the usual "PHYS" course prefix.

Thanks in advance!

As long as the course content is scientifically related (laws of motion, electromagnetism, lasers and optics, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics) then go ahead and label it as physics.

May I ask: What is health physics?

Well health physics is basically applied physics and relating it to medicine. The courses I'll be taking mostly focus on ionizing radiation and radiation detection/measurement.
