BCPS: what type of questions?

I've only just started studying with the ACCP book and it seems to me, most questions are case-based questions about treatment decisions. Would it be a safe bet to not worry so much about MoAs, pathophysiology, and epidemiology? If so my plan would be to focus on treatment guidelines, adverse effects, and diagnosis/classification of diseases - at least for the pharmacotherapy chapters. Also I know to focus on biostats and regulatory. Any other tips? thanks
