Hey everyone.I assume some of you must be familiar with my name and posts in the past.Been trying for a long time to get back in to dentistry. I got accepted into a school in Canada. Finished Dentistry in 2000 from India. Practiced for 3 years and then the saga of getting qualified in another country started, after I migrated to Canada. Not easy as most of you folks must be experiencing. I even tried in the US as it is much more tougher getting accepted in Canada. There are only 65 slots for Internationally trained dentists in Canada. BUT....don't give up. Be bull headed in getting through. That's all I can say. From the time of leaving practice in India and till now have gone through varied job profiles....dental assistant, gas station attendant, cab driver to call center chap. But never give up on your dream and passion.Once accepted and you look back, you'll feel real happy and proud of what you went through to achieve what you wanted.Give up and you will always have it pricking you till the end of your days, that you may not have tried hard enough. So, Good Luck and any help and advice needed, please feel free.Cheerio.👍

Just curious....did your journey end or in other words did you get what you set for....
