Behavioral Science on the Boards?

What did you guys study for this. I heard that First Aid is enough, but there are only 15 pages covering all the subjects combined (ethics, psych, stats, ect) Is First Aid enough for Behavioral Science? Thanks

Several 3rd years have told me that High Yield: Behavioral Science is very good.
