What are peoples thoughts on this shelf exam? I took it last week and it was the most vague test I've ever taken. Almost every question had 2 answers that could have been correct. Then those famous "what would you say next?" questions were just ridiculous. I could have gotten 95% on this, or 50% on this I'm just not sure.

how's it going. gosh it feels good to be done.

i agree. especially for those that were the "what would you do", i found my most natural response, crossed it out, and then looked for the "correct" response.

kind of a waste of time to study for. very limited drugs, no epidemiology/biostats, but otherwise straightforward diagnoses.

Be sure to post your class average on the shelf. Last year our average was 5 points higher than the national mean, which was awesome considering how our course director reused old exams and told us that attendance was not required because "he didn't want to cause us any added stress."

Of course our school, in its everpresent brilliance, cans him and gets a replacement. You gotta love how one man proved just how unnecessary an entire course can be. I think that happened with your Microanatomy course this year as well.
