Is a PharmD degree valid in European countries? I know you'd have to get certified, but are there any extra courses you'd have to take? I can only find info on Canada and UK.

I'm not sure this will answer all or any of your questions...but it has a lot of excellent info on how the health care systems works across Europe.

If you pull up the "Health care systems in transition (HiT) profiles", for example, for the countries that you are interested in...it'll provide you with tons of info. You can then search for "pharmacy", etc. within the pdf.
