being hungry every 3 hours interrupts studying

I can't eat big meals (the "full" sensation bothers me, and i get so tired and have to take a nap after a big meal). So I eat small meals (~200-300 cal each) every three hours, and it's getting really annoying because it interrupts my studying. Any solution?

Protein bars? Cliff Bars? Take fruit? You don't have to stop reading to eat something small

In fact you shouldn't be studying in sessions longer than 1-2 hours. From what i've read/heard it's best to study for 1 hour max -> 10 minute break doing something completely unrelated -> resume studying.
 
Yeah dude, you need to take breaks when studying. Nothing you study for requires you to not take breaks
 
Yeah, not sure why anyone would study for more than 3 hours at a time.

2-300 calories is nothing. I could understand how eating would be annoying if you were a pro bodybuilder eating real meals that often, but that's like an apple with peanut butter on it; it can't be that annoying. If you really don't feel like you can take a 5-10 minute break every three hours then you're doing something wrong.

do the pushups while you're still in the library. make aggressive eye contact with everyone. then eat the snacks loudly and obnoxiously. that will teach them who the alpha male is

Library time is mostly just an opportunity to practice my Rodney Coleman impression.
 
eating salads? I feel like salads can fill me up without giving me the "time to take a nap" feeling.

How about you try TPN. Candidemia is a good way to go out. Much better than starvation.
