In general how beneficial you guys think it is to take same professor offering say for example biochemistry 1 than take that same professor for biochemistry 2 rather than taking different professor for biochemistry 1 and 2?

Large benefit.

A- You already know their teaching style, and if you like their style you don't run the risk of getting a bad prof.

B- They have the opportunity to observe you over an extended period of time. As such, they can write you a better LOR.

One of my science letters came from a chemistry teacher that I had for 4 different chem classes in sequence. By the end, we were on a first name basis and he wrote me a great letter (or so the committee told me, I wasn't allowed to read it)

100% agree with @RogueBanana . I talked to one of my gen chem professors quite a bit, and then he convinced me to take a 4-credit analytical lab from him so I could get a minor in chemistry. At the end of that semester, he asked me to TA for that class and offered me a LOR. So, if you like the professor, then I would absolutely recommend taking multiple classes from him/her.

You may get sick of them if they have too much of a personality. I had a professor for 3 straight semesters. I'm sick of him.

Great if you like them and they like you. I had a 2 series prof write me a letter (ochem). He was freaking cool - I'm sure I got a good letter.

You know how the professor makes the test questions if you pay attention

I took my 2 Orgo classes with one professor. He's my all time favorite professor. He had really tough/tricky tests but I liked his teaching style. I ended up doing summer research with him too because he was the bomb. He's been my most reliable letter writer and he's written stuff for my volunteer position apps, grad school apps, job apps and med school apps. I still try to stop by his office when I visit my undergrad because he was so frickin cool.
