in grief, person return to normal functional level usually after 2 months and symp r wax and wane, and they dont need med for treatment supportive treatment is enough, but if patient get depression after death of beloved 1,sypmtom r pervasive, they have shame and guilt usually, continue more than 1 year, cant return to functional level, they need antidep med for treatment,
mdd is easy sig e caps ,very typical they have symptoms at least for 2 weeks,

adjustment disorder means after a single stressor like divorce, losing job..happened in patient life they answer to it in wrong way like drinking heavily, quit job, or they just show some overwhelming anxiety, depression or weird behavior after specific stress happened in their life,

Thanks! Despite your help I still think I got wrecked on my shelf this morning
