Yeah, I think it's an oversight in their deveopment system. They run new materials through their live classes to get feedback and collect data. Once they have it perfected, then it goes to print. Phase 3 I believe (and will know more when the next round of classes start) is a class handout at this time. My speculation is that it will be in the books sometime soon (which by their standards is something on the geological time scale).
I left the schedules as they were emailed figuring that most homestudy people use multiple books and they'll find some source for Phase 3. It's a good idea in general to try questions from multiple sources (authors) for the sake of exposure, so I think that'll be the spin I'll take until phase 3 appears in the books. 🙂 Seriously though, doing passages from a couple different authors reaally does help to solidify your methods and thought processes.
