I am gettign two conflicting info about berry aneurysm.

FA says Marfan is assiociated with Berry aneurysm, whereas I just had a UW q that explains that there is no association.

Can anyone help me out? Many thanks!

From the AAFP:

Autosomal dominant polycystic kidnesy disease
Type IV Ehlers-Danlos syndrome
Pseudoxanthoma elasticum
Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia
Neurofibromatosis type 1
Alpha1-antitrypsin deficiency
Coarctation of the aorta
Fibromuscular dysplasia
Pheochromocytoma
Klinefelter's syndrome
Tuberous sclerosis
Noonan's syndrome
Alpha-glucosidase deficiency

From Stroke:
Marfan Syndrome Is Not Associated With Intracranial Aneurysms

There is conflicting evidence. Many feel there is an increased prevalance of aneurysms throughout the arterial bed... some data from the 90s/early 2000s disagree with this.

Marfan syndrome is associated with "Aortic aneurysm" (source: Pathoma), not berry aneurysm.
I am assuming you're using FA 2014 edition? (In which they mentioned marfan's with berry aneurysm). But they have corrected their mistake in FA 2015. No marfan's mentioned with berry aneurysm.
