I don't know too much about most of those programs, but I would recommend Buffalo over most schools, period. They have a great reputation, good ranking, and a great pharmaceutical sciences research department.
To me, the multiple campuses in Buffalo is an advantage; during your first two years, you can be on the (mostly) undergrad North campus and get that undergrad experience, then move down to the South campus where the graduate/professional programs are.
I'm not sure about their 0-6 program, but for their regular 4-year PharmD, you can receive in-state tuition after the first year (assuming you're applying from out of state), and they also reduced their tuition this past year. When I got my acceptance, they offered me a scholarship to offset the out of state cost so that I would be paying what is equivalent to in state tuition the first year. Also, the cost of living in Buffalo is decently low, and since you'll be living wherever you go for 6 years, that should definitely help you in the long run.
Since you've already been accepted, you've probably already heard most of this from the school itself, but I think these are all very strong "pros" that should be considered. Buffalo was my #2 choice after my hometown school, even over multiple top 10 programs.
