my GPS - a Garmin nuvi 205w for $100. Holy crap, this thing is a life-saver. It finds faster routes than Google (shaved about an hour off the estimated travel time), and when you're in a random city and plans change, you can just punch in your new destination. I went to my first three out-of-state interviews with Google maps, and I made more than a few u-turns. My first clue that I should get one was at my first interview when every other person there said they had a GPS

My skyroll bag from men's wearhouse. Won't have to check a single bag and my suit gets there wrinkle-free. Would have paid $500.

I just saw this in men's wearhouse today and I really wish I had found it earlier. My current garment bag always results in a wrinkled suit and doesn't really have enough room for the extras. I will probably be buying one as soon as I get home.

By the way, not to plug the store too much, but Men's Wearhouse's policy of pressing your suits for free at any store in the nation has been a lifesaver, especially when you have several interviews in a row.

I've heard that the larger bag wrinkles suits a little. I have the smaller one and it works fine. That suit-pressing service rocks.

My own Garmin, a nuvi 350, is horrible at finding the fastest route no matter how much I've tried setting it that way. I find Google to be much smarter in route selection.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Garmin. Major lifesaver, and routes around traffic. Best Christmas gift in preparation for fourth year EVER.
