Best affordable, portable MSK ultrasound?

starting a new practice and overwhelmed with start up costs! Looking for advice on which is a good, affordable , lightweight ultrasound for pain procedures. Will look at used and refurbished since I probably can’t afford brand new. Thank you in advance!

I'm just starting point of care ultrasound but have trained a number at courses and gathering opinions. Phillips Lumify has good images and can be leased monthly so not a lot of upfront cost. Butterfly IQ, if they ever ship them, will be a game changer with its low cost and 3 in 1 transducer. GE has a small unit that can be picked up refurbished.
