What is considered to be the best alternative to US allopathic schools? (besides DO)????? Caribbean? Europe?

My neighbor went to Ireland and landed the same exact residency spot (neoro surgery) his dad did who went to US allopathic.

Just watch a lot of ER and Grey's. That should do the trick.

I would say the carib because they prepare you specifically for the US and its boards, where as the euro schools may not.
