Best and Worst RADs programs

Anybody know a site (besides scutwork.com) that has some sort of rank for the Radiology residencies? I want to know which ones are the mediocre and worst of the bunch (since I'm not going to bother with the "best" brograms 🙄 ).

My scores are pretty ho-hum (nothing too exciting) so my target are the mediocre programs. Any suggestions?

Do unfunded programs exists in allopathic residencies? I know they do in the osteopathic (see derm residencies).

Don't know if I'll be of too much help here...but my friend who's applying Rads tells me of two crappy rads programs - one is in Detroit and the other in Oakland...don't know much else
