What are the best Audio reviews or lectures for step one. You know for long drives and stuff or at times when you can't read but still wanna study. i've heard of Goljan pathology lectures. Are there others? What about other subjects? I'd appreciate any tips how to use these - how they helped (if they did), and other related advice. thanks kreno!

I thought gold standard audio for Step 1 was pretty good. I think that is what it is called. Look it up on google for "gold standard for step 1". I think cheap versions of it is available on different message boards. Good luck with due diligence

you ****ball, what "long drives" you dont even own a car! =)

Yes goljan audio is great for long drives and for working out. I actually made everyone in my car listen to them when I drove to las vegas during one of our brakes. But there is also web prep on mp3 that I just started listening to during my workout and the pharm (all that i've listened too so far) is pretty good. Some guy well probably pm you if you are interested in buying them.

gold standard is ok but v.boring. the reason i like goljan so much is cause he is animated. is there anything else as good for other subjects?

I'm interested in buying WebPrep MP3!

And yes the Pharm lectures are pretty good, they are by Trevor the same guy who co-wrote the board review book.

I have the same prob with my mp3 do I do the same thing?

The MP3s are likely playing at a lower data rate (Kbps) than is compatible with iPOD. Simply convert the files to a higher data rate, such as 128. You can use a program like CDEX.
