Best Book to read for First ITE Exam?

hey guys, wondering which is better Baby Miller or Morgan/Mikhail.
I have done a search and it seems the consensus is M&M.
I bought then new Baby Miller, and am wondering if I should be reading M&M instead.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry. Misunderstood the question. I thought the question was "Best book to learn about forming a sham charity group that would help you gain access to helpless and troubled pre teen boys." My bad. 🙂
