You know when people talk about going to med school in the Caribbean they don't end up working there right? They go back to the US.

Born and raised? If so surely you will have a better idea of the answer than people on here?

I don't live in Caribbean anymore, but I plan to go back there. I just want to know where the salary is highest in Caribbean.

Look if you're not going to help, don't bother posting.

I will do what I like thanks. Maybe if you even want to get into med school you should work on your attitude.

I doubt many people in the world will be able to answer your question off the top of their head let alone anyone on here. Why don't you try doing your own research.

You don't know anything about me, I don't have an attitude. I am very kind person. I just hate it when people have to interrogate you when you are asking an honest question. 'If so surely you will have a better idea of the answer than people on here?' and 'You know when people talk about going to med school in the Caribbean they don't end up working there right? They go back to the US.' was there any need for that? That is rude, it looks like you're the one with the attitude. Obviously I don't have a better idea if I'm asking the question.

I have also done research and found nothing, HENCE why I have resorted to asking the question on here. Even if some people can't answer, I might aswell try in a forum where people in/or going to the Caribbean tend to be in?

What I said wasn't even that rude, you're being rude, harassing and unhelpful so I requested for you not to post. If you think that's rude, then I shudder to think how you deal with the real world.

Take no notice of bambi, he's just being an @$$hole.

To answer your q OP, Cayman Islands is a nice bet. Doctors from the states fly over there weeks at a time and make good money for those few weeks, demand is high but no of docs is low. Beautiful place too. However, just know that they are quite xenophobic there, if a born-resident of Cayman islands needs a job and there is none available, you'll be forced to give it up for them.

I asked if you knew that people went back to the US because I really didn't know if you knew that, it is as simple as that. Maybe you thought that everyone that goes to school there has to work there, I didn't want you getting the wrong end of the stick so it is perfectly reasonable to clarify that.

You very clearly have an attitude. I was at no point rude. I was merely clarifying what you already knew and suggested that a board full of Americans who want to practice in America is not the best place to ask that sort of question.

Real world? You are a pre-med!

Okay, but the way you said it didn't imply it. I know I don't have an attitude, again you do not know me, but I assumed you were being harassing and unhelpful. I'm sorry for the mis-understanding and if I came across as rude, it was not in my best interests to create that impression.

Government jobs in the Bahamas pay very well also government jobs in most of the present British territories pay well, such as the Cayman Island, the Turks and Caicos Islands, the British Virgin Islands. These countries don't have income taxes and the jobs usually come with loads of allowances and benefits. But there aren't that many jobs out there so start looking and you won't earn as much as in the US.

I don't see why you have to apologize.

'bambi' if you didn't know the answer, then you didn't have to post. There was no need for you to ask irrelevant questions like that, embarrassing him/her, when all s/he wants to know is what country in Caribbean is the best to practice in. You say people on this forum won't have any idea, well I and another user were able to answer. If anyone needs to apologize, it's you because I see no reason why you had to question him/her like that.

Get a life! Embarrassing him/her? I asked a couple of questions to make sure they weren't getting the complete wrong idea about something which is actually pretty important.

Neither you nor anybody else has actually answered the question, you just picked one country you think is nice. They asked which country pays the best. You didn't mention what the pay or conditions are like anywhere else.
