Yes, the jobs will be in BFE but the thing about the boonies is that it will be where the chains will cut back first as resources will be marshaled back into the core of the corporate empire implodes much like hypovolemic shock in a organism.

Good point. As far as bad geography, two Rite Aids and a Walmart in my area have closed (Walgreens acquisition did not involve California Rite Aids AFAIK) and they were all in ghetto areas. You look the nationwide Walmart closures in 2015 and not a few were in ghetto areas too, so job security by working in a **** area is not good especially with horrible Medicaid reimbursement
