Just wondering which Gyn Onc text you guys like..ie well organized, easy to read.

Desai is my favorite. It highlights essential facts in red. Has an awesome question book a must for oral boards and CREOGS

our gyn oncs use berek's. supposedly easy to read.

I prefer Berek's as well, but that is just because I was trained with that book. Desaia is also a highly recommended text.

I've got three books - Desaia, Berek and Hoskins. Desaia is definitely the easiest to read of all three, but I often cross reference between them.
