This is such a generalized question that it's really difficult to answer. What part of the country do you want to live in? What kind of program are you looking for? (academic vs general peds focused?) Are you looking for programs with highly ranked national reputation that others will recognize? There are so many programs out there that no one can give you a list without any specific priorities.
