hi guys after saturday i am not happy with big blue and its compeletness for the test , morgan is really the best with pictures but it too has gaps , ITE questions are a blast very close concepts, can someone ,well read tell me what are some topics to supplement from barash or miller or faust

we dont have lot of time left too with moving , graduation, fellowships

feel free to comment for better plan and higher score

they want you to think and apply beyond the text and pictures

it also lot to do with the study plan and reviews before the test ,i found final reviews crucial for high performance

thanks:luck:

This thread isn't enough? I don't imagine there is any magic formula, or it would have been spilled on here years ago.

If you're looking for specific topics, you should probably start with the keywords you will receive with the results of this test, as well as the keywords from your old exams.

I found the best book with key words is michelle starr anesthesiology boards book. You MUST supplement with morgan, barash, coexisting dz and pharm and phys. But the starr book will be your outline. and you will be go over that at least 4-5 times before the boards anc commit to memory. dont just skim. you must memorize like a medical school test. Like the composition of csf.. protein glucose that sort of stuff..

I was talking to one of our junior attendings the other day who sat oral boards about 3 years ago. When he went into the exam, he introduced himself. The first examiner that shook his hand said, "Hi, nice to meet you. I'm Bob Stoelting and I'll be one of your examiners today."

😱

Talk about sh*tting your pants. (He passed, by the way.)
