Best Medicine Programs in the DC/Philly area

Does anyone know of good medicine programs in the DC/Philadelphia area?

penn's got fantastic int. medicine. temple probably has the best emergency medicine. do'nt know much about the DC schools.

Well there's that one program in Baltimore that's supposed to be pretty good. I hear they work you kind of hard, though.

U Penn's also supposed to be a pretty good program. Don't know much about the other Phily programs.

Reputation-wise, it's not very strong. I don't think that any of the DC schools have a strong reputation though. I've never visited or researched the school, I've just heard that there are problems with it's training program and I think that they were in danger of losing their accredidation recently.
